By posting information in or otherwise
using any communications service, chat room, message board, newsgroup,
software library, personal websites or other interactive service that
may be available to you through iC Business Mart.™ iConference VoIP
Systems, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise
distribute or facilitate distribution of any content -- including text,
communications, software, images, sounds, video, data, or other
information -- that:
- is unlawful,
threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of
another's privacy, tortuous, contains explicit or graphic descriptions
or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual
language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another
individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violate iC Business
Mart.™ rules or policies; victimizes, harasses, degrades, or
intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of
religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or
disability; infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret,
copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;
constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk
e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of
unauthorized solicitation of iC Business Mart™ iConference VoIP System
Users that are in specific iC Business Mart™ rooms such as iC Business
Mart Business Lobby, iC Business Mart Web sites including, but not
limited to icbusinessmart.com and icbusinessmart.net etc.; contains
software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that
are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning
of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage
or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any
third party; or impersonates any person or entity, including any
employee or representative of iC Business Mart.™
- You also agree that you
will not
harvest or collect information about the users or members of this
iConference facility or use such information for the purpose of
transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited electronic
e-mail or communications.
- You further agree that
you will not
knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a child 12 years
old or younger without appropriate prior verifiable, written and signed
parental consent.
- iC Business Mart.™
generally does
not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of
communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups,
software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available
on or through the World Conference Center Conference System. However,
IC Business Mart Inc. and its subsidiaries and agents have the right at
their sole discretion to remove any content that, in our judgment, does
not comply with the Rules of User Conduct or is otherwise harmful,
objectionable, or inaccurate. IC Business Mart Inc. is not responsible
for any failure or delay in removing such content.
- You also agree that you
will not
solicit in any way any other participants from any other World
Conference Center co-branded lobbies with the intent of enticing such
users away from their host lobbies. Your failure to read and understand
this provision will not in any way pardon you from such actions. We
cannot allow any individuals to jeopardise our entire operation due to
failure to comply with this provision. Therefore, failure to comply
with this or any other of the above mentioned conditions will result in
immediate termination of your membership and all benefits due, past,
present and future will be forfeited.

We autohrize only
legitimate advertising means when promoting iC Business Mart and the
World Conference Center. We have a
ZERO tolerance for spam. What this means to you is that if you spam,
you may have your account terminated without notice and without any
further compensation and we will take legal action to recover any
losses we may incur as a result. We cannot have any individuals putting
the business of their fellow associates and our entire operation at
risk. There are many legitimate, free promotional services out there
and many more that come at a very reasonable cost. Please consult our
